A whole new range of products to suit everyone’s needs and to foster greater freedom in cafés.

Pre-risen products for the soft range, including the first vegetarian croissant in a decade and the vegan range (where we removed milk and lactose from the soft range recipes).
For the Gluten free range we have instead developed products that are already baked and packaged individually in microwaveable film to warm the product and avoid the possibility of cross-contamination by the user.
