Food security is essential for Super Croissant. Our company has been carrying out checks with metal detectors in the production line since 1996 and has an ISO 2001 certified management system.
Our customers have been receiving their batch of products packaged in bubble wrap since January 2005 and since 2000 the company has implemented full traceability. Our company took up the process of manufacturing under ultraviolet rays for the treatment of water in 1999, now complemented by a complete water sanitation process and pH control.

In order to facilitate those who have opted for an electronic system for the management of items sold to hotels/bars/restaurants, we have included an EAN code in the label, which gives a history of the product. This way you can download the product that you are selling from a simple scanner reading, fulfilling the traceability standards in the documents that you issue to your customers. |
Our Culligan treatment system monitors the water in our productions then introduces it to the PH controlled lab. |
